Collection: Humidifier

Air humidity is important to our health
The World Health Organization recommends that indoor humidity should be maintained at 40-60%.

Dry environment (humidity<40%) leads to dry respiratory mucosa and increased virus survival rate. Increase the transmission rate of rhinovirus by 3 times, such as the survival rate of influenza virus reaching over 80% in humidity of 20%. (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, 2020)

When the humidity is lower than 30%, the skin barrier function decreases and the incidence rate of eczema increases (British Journal of Dermatology, 2017).
